Hanuš Karlík 1850-1927 ABSTRAKT Bakalářská práce představuje život Hanuše Karlíka, významného českého cukrovarníka. Věnuje se jeho životu osobnímu a odbornému i jeho působnosti v cukrovarnických spolcích, jež ho po vzniku Československa postavila do čela československého cukrovarnického průmyslu. Zároveň staví jeho život do historických souvislostí vývoje cukrovarnictví v českých zemích v druhé polovině 19. a v první čtvrtině 20. století. It focuses on his personal as well as professional life and his achievements in associations and societies of sugar industry. It was these achievements that put him in charge of Czechoslovakian sugar industry once Czechoslovakia had been established. The thesis also puts his life into the historical context of development of sugar industry in Bohemian Lands in the second half of 19th and first quarter of 20th century.
