Příspěvek ukazuje námitky proti současné torii zemního tlaku a předpisům a navrhuje nekonvenční koncepci bočního tlaku založenou na komplexním nelineárním vztahu. Koncepce uvažuje též singularitu tlaku v klidu a pokles smykové pevnosti po překročení vrcholové hodnoty. The paper shows objections against the contemporary conventional theory of earth pressure and standards and designs a non-conventional conception of the lateral pressure on the advanced comprehensive non-linear dependence based. The conception takes into account the singularity of pressure at rest and the shear strength decrease after the peak value.
