Bakalářská práce ,,Pracovní únava sester na Centrálních operačních sálech FN Motol" se zabývá šetřením směnové pracovní únavy sester zařazených na tomto pracovišti. K šetření je použit dotazník Subjektivních pocitů únavy (SPÚ). Cílem teoretické části práce je přinést základní přehled dosavadních poznatků řešené problematiky a v rámci empirické části provést primární analýzu dat a hodnocení subjektivních pocitů únavy jak u skupiny sester, tak v rámci individuální diagnostiky. The survey used questionnaire Subjective symptoms of fatigue (SPÚ).
