[cze][eng] Název: Nadváha, obezita a pohybový režim dívek ve věku 18-24 let Cíle práce: Cílem bakalářské práce je prokázání zhoršujícího se stavu nadváhy a pohybové aktivity u dívek ve věku 18-24 let. Metody: V práci byla použita analýza odborné literatury a dotazování. Cílová skupina dotazování byly dívky ve věku 18-24 let. Dále byla použita metoda komparace s výsledky šetření agentury Stem z roku 2005. Výsledky: V práci bylo zjištěno, že stav dívek ve věku 18-24let, zaměřeno na obezitu a pohybovou aktivitu, se opravdu zhoršuje, a to zejména u nesportujících jedinců. To bylo prokázáno dotazníkovým šetřením a následnou komparací s výsledky agentury Stem. Methods: In this thesis was used a method of analysis of scientific literature, and the questioning. In questioning, thesis aims on girls between 18 and 24 years. Next method, which was used, was method of comparison with results of Stem agency from 2005. Results: In thesis, there was found, that girls in this age are really getting worse in obesity and kinetic activity, mainly girls who don't do any sport.
