[cze][eng] 2 Abstrakt Název: Nabídka pohybových aktivit pro pracující ženy Jméno a příjmení: Tomáš David Studijní obor: Tělesná výchova a sport Jméno školitele: Prof. Ing. Václav Bunc, CSc. Cíle práce: Získat informace o pohybových programech pro ženy a o zásadách jejich návrhu, respektující časové možnosti a dosavadní pohybovou zkušenost. Vyzdvihnout nejdůležitější zásady, které by vedly ke splnění cílů, které si žena stanoví. Uvědomit si reálné cíle a respektovat dlouhodobost řešení těchto problémů. Použité metody: Jako metoda byla použita rešerše z odborné literatury, doplněna o data z internetových zdrojů. Ze získaných dat se snažím shrnout základní poznatky k dané problematice. Výsledky a závěry studie: Na základě dostupných zdrojů se potvrzuje hypotéza, že ženám se doporučují odlišné sportovní aktivity, pro jejich odlišnou stavbu a strukturu organismu a některé odlišné problémy, zejména v období po porodu. Dále se potvrdila hypotéza, že ženy mají větší důvod sportovat než-li muži, z důvodů většího množství ukládání tuku, pro problematické období po porodu a v neposlední řadě pro jejich krásu a svěžest nejenom těla, ale i duše. Potvrdila se i hypotéza, že ženy mají na výběr dostatek sportovních aktivit, zaměřených pouze pro něžné pohlaví. Václav Bunc, CSc. Aim of the thesis: To obtain information on motion programs for women and on rules for their projection, respecting time possibilities and hitherto motion experience. To highlight the most important rules that would lead to fulfilment of aims set by a woman. To be aware of real aims and to respect the long-term basis of such problems solutions. Methods used: The method used included recherché of specialised literature, completed with data from Internet resources. Based on the data obtained I try to summarise basic knowledge regarding given problems. Results and Conclusions of the Study: Based on available resources, there is confirmed the hypothesis that different sport activities are recommended for women, due to their different construction and structure of organism and some different problems, mainly in the post-childbirth period. There was also confirmed the hypothesis, that women have more reasons to practise sports compared to men, due to more significant fat deposits, due to problematic post- childbirth period and last but not least, to keep their beauty and freshness of their bodies as well as souls.
