Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo ověřit terapii McKenzie metodou při diagnóze posturálního syndromu. V teoretické části jsou zmíněny vlivy na správné držení těla. Také je vysvětleno, co je to posturální syndrom, co je příčinou bolestí u tohoto syndromu a jakým způsobem probíhá terapie. V praktické části je pomocí kasuistik sledováno 6 probandů s danou diagnózou. Ověření probíhalo pomocí subjektivního hodnocení probandů a diagnostické části expertního a informačního systému Computerové kineziologie. Na výstupním vyšetření pomocí CK došlo u 5 probandů ke zlepšení nálezu v pohybovém segmentu L5 a u 4 probandů ke zlepšení nálezu v pohybovém segmentu L4. Podle subjektivního hodnocení došlo ke zlepšení symptomů u všech probandů. The aim of this bachelor thesis was to evaluate the treatment in the diagnosis of the postural syndrome using McKenzie method. In the theoretical part are mentioned influences on the corrext body posture. Also it is explained, what the postural syndome is, what the cause of pain of this syndrome is and how the therapy looks like. In the practical part is studied 6 probands with this diagnosis. For evaluation was used subjective assesment of the probands and the diagnostic part of the expert and information system of Computer Kinesiology. There was improvement in the output examination of 5 probands in the segment L5 and improvement in the output examination of 4 probands in the segment L4. All probands subjectively evaluate the therapy positively.
