Ve své práci se zabývám konceptem celoživotního vzdělávání tak, jak je realizován v zemích Evropské unie, a jeho významem pro některé sociálně a ekonomicky znevýhodněné skupiny. Práce je studií, která vychází ze základních dokumentů Evropské unie a z mých profesních zkušeností. Popisuji společenské změny konce 20. a začátku 21. století. Představuji významné změny konceptu vzdělávání a poradenství, včetně nového pojmosloví. Předkládám srovnání situace před a po vstupu České republiky do Evropské unie. Věnuji se rovněž popisu implenmentace evropských strategií v České republice, uvádím přehled realizovaných programů, aktivit a organizací působících v oblasti celoživotního vzdělávání a celoživotního poradenství. Z této studie vyplývá, že od vstupu do Evropské unie se podařilo na národní úrovni mnohé z těchto strategií realizovat. Vytvoření systému celoživotního učení se podařilo prosadit mezi priority sociální politiky, nicméně jde stále o proces, který vyžaduje mnoho úsilí na úrovni jednotlivců, komunit i vlády. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org) In my thesis I deal with the concept of lifelong learning, as implemented in the European Union, and its significance for some of the socially and economically disadvantaged groups. My thesis is a study built on the fundamental documents of the European Union and on my professional experience. I describe the social changes of the late 20th and early 21st century. It represents a significant change of the concept of education and counseling, including new terminology. I present comparison of the situation before and after the Czech Republic joined the European Union. It contains description of the implementation of European strategies in the Czech Republic, presents an overview of implemented programs, activities and organizations working in the field of lifelong learning and lifelong guidance. This study shows that since joining the European Union many of the strategies implemented are succesfully implemeted at the national level. Creating a system of lifelong learning was asserted as a priority of social policy. However, it is still a process that requires a lot of effort at the level of individuals, communities and governments. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)
