Práce se zabývá politickými a hospodáskými vztahy meziváleného eskoslovenska k Egyptu, Palestin, Iráku, Sýrii a Libanonu. Zkoumá vývoj zastoupení eskoslovenské diplomacie v uvedených zemích, navázání diplomatických styk, rozvoj politických a hospodáských vztah a pechod eskoslovenských zastupitelských úad do protinacistického odboje v roce 1939. The thesis addresses political and economic relations between the inter-war Czechoslovak Republic and Egypt, Palestine, Iraq, Syria and Lebanon. It focuses on the diplomatic representation in the above countries, the establishment of these relations, the development of political and economic relations and the entrance of Czechoslovak diplomatic missions and consular posts into anti-fascist resistance movement in 1939.
