Abstract: Disertační práce Primát politiky podle Aristotela a Hannah Arendtové Mgr. Evžen M a r t í n e k Abstrakt Práce provádí výklad pojetí primátu politiky v myšlení Aristotela a Hannah Arendtové na základě rozboru příslušných pasáží Politiky, Etiky Níkomachovy, The Human Condition a Between Past and Future s přihlédnutím k dalším relevantním textům obou autorů. Smyslem práce je prozkoumat, jak dalece je Aristotelovo stanovisko v této otázce blízké vůči postoji Hannah Arendtové, která se na mnoha místech na Aristotela odkazuje a bývá někdy označována za aristotelovskou myslitelku. U obou autorů je vyložen ontologicko- antropologický rozvrh, na jehož základě je založena jejich koncepce primátu politiky. V případě Aristotela se ukáže pro tento úkol jako nepominutelné eudaimonistické východisko jeho etické a politické nauky. Arendtová se pokusí překročit antropologický horizont konceptu politiky a uchopit ji na základě existencialistického porozumění lidskosti. It is conducted through the analysis of appropriate texts of Politics, the Nicomachean Ethics, The Human Condition and Between Past and Future with consideration of other relevant works of both authors.
