Diplomová práce "Somatognostické funkce u pacientů s chronickou obstrukční plicní nemocí" je experimentální práce, která pojednává o tělesném schématu. Pomocí vybraných testů zkoumá odlišnosti v jeho vnímání u zdravých jedinců a u pacientů s chronickou obstrukční plicní nemocí. V rešeršní části práce jsou uvedeny soudobé poznatky o tělesném schématu a poznatky o problematice pacienta s chronickou obstrukční plicní nemocí. Dále je podrobněji rozebrána neuromuskulární problematika pacientů s chronickou obstrukční plicní nemocí, která by mohla mít vliv na percepci tělesného schématu. V experimentální části práce jsou pak uvedeny a komentovány výsledky, které vyšly v jednotlivých somatognostických testech. Použité testy se zaměřují na hodnocení stereognózie, na vnímání polohocitu, na představu o rozměrech vlastního těla a na schopnost provést izolovaný pohyb. As a part of the thesis there are particular tests of body schema included, which examine difference between control group and group of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Research part of the work deals with current findings about body schema and with findings about chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. There is more detailed analyze of musculoskeletal questions in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease included. In an experimental part of the thesis there are comments on results of the body schema tests.
