SHRNUTÍ Diplomová práce popisuje a analyzuje právní úpravu hmotného zabezpečení v nezaměstnanosti v České republice a ve Švédsku. Hlavní důvod proč jsem si vybrala toto téma je ten, že v obou zemích existují dva zcela odlišné systémy. V České republice máme povinný státní systém podpor v nezaměstnanosti, kdežto Švédsko je jednou ze čtyř evropských zemí, kde stále existuje tzv. Gentský systém. Tato země je navíc známá jako typický příklad tzv. welfare státu a může být tedy zajímavé, zaměřit se také na tento fakt a jeho vliv na zvolené téma. Hlavním cílem práce je tedy porovnat oba systémy, jednotlivé instituty této problematiky, zaměřit se dále na hlavní rozdíly, ale také upozornit na společná pravidla a principy. Práce se skládá z úvodu, hlavní části a závěru. Hlavní část je pak rozdělena celkem do sedmi kapitol. První z nich vysvětluje, co je to nezaměstnanost, její jednotlivé typy a jaké důsledky s sebou nesou. Následující dvě kapitoly se týkají historického vývoje právní úpravy, a to jak v českém (respektive v československém), tak ve švédském právu. Vzhledem k tomu, že mnoho zmíněných zákonů je obsahově značně rozsáhlých, zaměřuji se ve své práci pouze na ty části, které se týkají pravidel hmotného zabezpečení v nezaměstnanosti. Největší část práce se pokouší popsat základní instituty, konkrétně... LEGAL REGULATIONS OF UNEMPLOYMENT BENEFITS IN CZECH REPUBLIC AND IN SELECTED COUNTRIES This graduation thesis describes and analyzes legal regulations of unemployment benefits in Czech Republic and in Sweden. Main reason why I have chosen that topic could be seen in the fact that in both countries exist two different systems. In Czech Republic we have compulsory state system of unemployment benefits but Sweden is one of four European countries where we can find so-called Ghent system. Sweden is also known as typical example of welfare state, so I came to conclusion it could be interesting to focus attention also to this matter and its influence to the topic. The aim of the thesis is to compare both systems, individual institutes of this problematic, focus on main differences and also point out common rules and principles. The thesis involves an introduction, main part and conclusion. The main part is divided into seven chapters. The first one presents explanation of unemployment, its different types and consequences. Following two chapters concern development of legal regulations of this problematic both in Czech Republic (also in Czechoslovakia) and in Sweden.
