Úvod: Chronické selhání ledvin a dialyzační léčba může způsobovat různě závažné komplikace. Nejčastěji se jedná o kardiovaskulární komplikace. Je prokázán vliv těchto komplikací na pohybový systém, zejména na stav fyzické kondice. Význam pohybové aktivity určeného objemu a intenzity u pacientů s chronickým selháním ledvin, léčených peritoneální dialýzou, je zejména v prevenci a předcházení možných negativ vyplývajících z léčby a samotného onemocnění. Velký dopad má vlastní onemocnění a dialýza na kvalitu života pacienta a na jeho blízké. Cíl práce: Vyhodnocení vlivu tříměsíční pohybové intervence na pohybový systém, fyzickou kondici a kvalitu života u peritoneálně dialyzovaných jedinců. Metody řešení: Sledovali jsme smíšený soubor peritoneálně dialyzovaných pacientů Kliniky nefrologie TC IKEM Praha. Sledovaný soubor tvořilo šest pacientů, čtyři muži a dvě ženy s různě dlouhou dobou peritoneální dialyzační léčby. Hodnocení pohybového systému, fyzické kondice a kvality života probíhalo ve dvou fázích - vstupní a výstupní měření. Stav pohybového systému jsme hodnotili prostřednictvím funkčního vyšetření páteře a testu rovnováhy podle Bergovy škály. Stav fyzické kondice jsme hodnotili pomocí Senior Fitness Testu. Kvalitu života jsme hodnotili dotazníky WHOQOL-100, WHOQOL-BREF, KDQOLTM a SF-36. Pro... Introduction : Chronic renal failure and dialysis treatment can cause varying degrees of complications. Most often, those are cardiovascular complications. There is demonstrated the impact of these complications in musculoskeletal system, especially in the area of physical condition. The importance of physical activity defined volume and intensity in patients with chronic renal failure treated with peritoneal dialysis, is particular in the prevention and prevention of possible negatives arising from the treatment and the disease itself. The own disease also has a big impact on the quality of life for dialysis patients and their loved ones. Objective: The influence of the three-month physical intervention on the musculoskeletal system, physical fitness and quality of life in peritoneal dialysed individuals. Methods of solution: We observed a group of mixed peritoneal dialysis patients from the Clinic of Nephrology TC IKEM Prague. The group consisted of six patients, four men and two women with different duration of the treatment period. Evaluation of the musculoskeletal system, physical fitness and quality of life took place in two stages - input and output measurements.
