Předkládaná diplomová práce se zabývá vybranými problémy při výběru zaměstnanců. Jedná se o propojení nekodifikovaného oboru personalistiky a pracovního práva obecně. Toto téma je blízké všem, neboť každá osoba se v průběhu svého života ocitne v roli uchazeče o zaměstnání - bude si vybírat vhodnou pracovní pozici a zároveň bude vybírána ze strany potenciálních zaměstnavatelů. Je proto vhodné znát práva a povinnosti, které musí být v daném procesu dodržovány. Proces výběru zaměstnanců lze pojmout z více různých hledisek. Pokud ovšem chceme tuto problematiku zkoumat důkladněji, je třeba se zaměřit jen na některá z nich. Mezi vybrané problémy, které tato práce podrobněji rozebírá, jsou zařazeny metody výběru a s nimi spojená ochrana osobních údajů, které zaměstnavatel získá při aplikaci metod. Tato práce se dělí do čtyř základních kapitol. První z nich se zaměřuje na právní úpravu procesu výběru zaměstnanců, a to na úrovni národní, mezinárodní i evropské. Uvádí relevantní zákonná ustanovení a zároveň vymezuje základní otázky, kterými se bude práce dále zabývat. Druhá kapitola definuje a popisuje proces výběru obecně, co mu předchází, co je jeho obsahem a jakými pravidly se řídí. Třetí kapitola rozebírá metody výběru a jejich funkci při výběru zaměstnanců. Zaměřuje se na nejpoužívanější a nejvíce... This thesis analyzes selected issues of the hiring of employees. It is the connection between the uncodified branch of human resources and the labour law generally. This topic is close to everyone because every person sometimes finds himself during the life in the position of job applicant and chooses acceptable employment and also person is hiring by employers. It is neccessary to know rights and responsibilities which everyone has to follow in the process of hiring of employees. The procedure of hiring of employees can be uderstood from many aspects. If we want discusse it closely we must focus on one of them. These selected issues of the hiring of employees are methods of hiring and protection of personal data which is connected by employer with application of methods. The thesis is composed of four main chapters. The first one focuses on legal regulation of this procedure. It includes national, internetional and european regulation. It defines issues which this thesis explains. The second chapter defines and describes the process of hiring of employees generally, what preceded, what it includes and which rules must be kept during the procedure.
