(česky) Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku sdílení informací a znalostí v informační společnosti se zvláštním zřetelem na oblast ekonomických informací využitelných pro účely podnikového řízení. Zvýšená pozornost je věnována rozvoji a efektivnímu využívání informačních a komunikačních technologií (ICT). V úvodních kapitolách je vymezen vztah mezi informační ekonomikou a ekonomií informací, zmíněna je klíčová role informačního a znalostního managementu, včetně strategického významu podnikových informačních systémů a dalších nástrojů sloužících ke zkvalitňování podnikových informačních procesů. Podrobněji jsou charakterizovány disciplíny Competitive Intelligence (CI) a Business Intelligence (BI), nastíněno je základní členění informačních zdrojů pro jejich realizaci. V závěrečných částech práce jsou popsány a porovnány vybrané informační zdroje ekonomických informací využívané v praxi pro účely podnikového řízení, a to včetně doporučení a zhodnocení aktuálních trendů v CI oblasti [Autorský abstrakt]. (in English) The subject of the Diploma thesis is the process of sharing of economic information and knowledge suitable for corporate governance. A special attention is focused on an effective utilization and development of information and communication technologies (ICT). At the beginning, information society and basic terms are defined, such as information economy, economics of information, information management and knowledge management. Furthermore, the strategic importance of enterprise information systems and other solutions for improving business information processes are described in general. The final chapters deal with Competitive Intelligence (CI) and Business Intelligence (BI) and contain the overview and analyses of the most important information products of economic information from commercial and non-commercial sectors [Author's abstract].
