Ve své diplomové práci jsem se zaměřila na vztah mezi vlivem rizikových faktorů a stavem zubního zdraví. Vyhodnocování získaných výsledků jsem prováděla na základě testování a ověřování stanovených hypotéz pomocí mnou sestavených grafů a statistického hodnocení (v programu Statistica 6.0.). Pro práci jsem využívala data celkem 613 stomatologických pacientů. Tato data jsem měla k dispozici z poskytnutého souboru jejich zdravotních karet. Studie je rozdělena na část teoretickou a na část praktickou.V teoretické části diplomové práce se zmiňuji o anatomické stavbě chrupu, o zubním kazu, zubním kameni a jejich tvorbě vzniku a prevenci. Velkou část práce jsem věnovala onemocnění a hygieně dutiny ústní. V této části se zabývám různými druhy parodontopatií (gingivitis chronica, parodontitis) a jejich předcházení. V praktické části se zabývám již samotnými hypotézami. Hypotéz jsem si stanovila celkem sedm. Stanovené hypotézy se týkají rizikových faktorů, jimiž jsou pohlaví, bydliště, věk, hygiena ústní dutiny, četnost návštěv preventivních prohlídek a nemoci, kterými pacienti trpí. Vliv těchto rizikových faktorů hodnotím v závislosti na kazivosti zubů a na celkovém zubním zdraví stomatologických pacientů. Výsledky dokazují, že u mužů a žen je rozdíl ve stavu jejich zubního zdraví v závislosti na pohlaví, kdy u mužů... In my thesis I focused on the relationship between the influence of risk factors and the dental health status. The evaluation of the results was made on the basis of testing and verification of the set hypotheses, using my own graphs and statistical evaluation (in the program Statistica 6.0). For the research I used the data of 613 dental patients. I could draw these data from the provided file of their medical cards. The study is divided into the theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part I focused on the anatomical structure of teeth, on dental caries, dental stone, and their creation and prevention. A large part of my work is dedicated to disease of the oral cavity and its hygiene. In this section I deal with various types of periodontal diseases (chronica of gingivitis, periodontitis) and their prevention. The practical part deals with the hypotheses themselves. I set seven hypotheses. The set hypotheses focus on risk factors, namely sex, residence, age, oral hygiene, frequency of preventive medical examinations, and illnesses which the patients suffer from. I evaluated the influence of these risk factors with regard to the cariosity and overall dental health of the dental patients.
