Diplomová práce je zaměřena na depozici tenkých vrstev na skelná vlákna pomocí metody plazmochemické depozice z plynné fáze za použití tetravinylsilanu jako monomeru a následná výroba polymerních kompozitů s takto upravenými vlákny a matricí z nenasycené polyesterové pryskyřice. Pomocí infračervené spektroskopie a spektroskopické elipsometrie byly pozorovány chemické a optické vlastnosti připravených tenkých vrstev. Vliv připravené tenké vrstvy na smykové pevnosti kompozitního materiálu byl posuzován pomocí short beam shear testu. Diploma thesis is aimed at deposition of thin films on glass fibers using plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition from tetravinylsilane as a monomer. Such surface modified glass fibers were used as reinforcements for fabrication of polymer composites with unsaturated polyester resin as a matrix. Chemical and optical properties of prepared thin films were characterized using infared spectroscopy and spectroscopic ellipsometry. An influence of deposited thin films on the shear strength of composite material was observed using short-beam shear test.
