Cílem disertace je studium mnohakanálové spektroskopie elektronů (sekundárních, pružně i nepružně odražených a Augerových) v rastrovacím elektronovém mikroskopu, a to s ohledem na různé typy analyzátorů a detektorů a s přihlédnutím k poměru signálu k šumu v detektovaných signálech. Dalším cílem je vytvoření softwaru pro elektronické zpracování obrazu vzorku zprostředkujícího kombinovanou analytickou a mikroskopickou informaci. V experimentální části je jedním z hlavních cílů ověření metodiky na ultravysokovakuovém mikroskopu s pomalými elektrony, který v rámci řešení této disertace bude vybaven paralelním hyperbolickým analyzátorem elektronů. The aim of the dissertation is study of multi-channel spectroscopy of electrons (secondary, both elastically and non-ellastically reflected as well as the Auger ones) in a scanning electron microscope with respect to the signal-to-noise ratio in detected signals. Another aim is to write software for electronic processing of an image of a specimen providing combined analytical and microscopic information. Verification of the methodology at an ultra-high vacuum microscope with slow electrons, which will be equipped with a parallel hyperbolic electrons analyzer in the scope of the project, is one of main goals of the experimental part.
