RESUMÉ Cílem této práce je základní uvedení do problematiky knih hodinek pozdního středověku; práce shrnuje základní kontexty liturgické, kulturně-historické, uvádí rovněž obecné ikonografické a typologické varianty výzdoby. Kapitola 4.2. rozšiřuje tuto základní typologii o konkrétní, zevrubněji zkoumaný případ knih hodinek z Knihovny Národního muzea v Praze (XVI G 77). Oproti ukázkám v předchozí kapitole (4.1.) je tento rukopis příkladem běžné produkce knih hodinek a od modelových liturgických a ikonografických variant, které popisují základní monografie zabývající se typologií knih hodinek, se značně liší - je o poznání zjednodušený jak z hlediska výskytu celostranných figurálních miniatur, tak z hlediska jejich obsahu: nenalezneme zde žádný ucelený ikonografický cyklus, včetně užívání ikonografických novinek či zvláštností, které by mohly napomoci při dataci a určení původu. Namísto mariánského cyklu, který nejobvykleji doprovází Hodinky Panny Marie, se v Hodinkách Knihovny Národního muzea setkáváme s pozměněným mariánským cyklem, jenž je však jakoby náhodně rozprostřen po celém rukopise a nerespektuje jednotlivé texty. Ohledně datace rukopisu a místa vzniku se pokouším o vlastní hypotézu, založenou na polemice se třemi existujícími zmínkami o tomto rukopise (Katalog Knihovny Národního muzea Pavla... v angličtině/ English Summary The Typology of the Decoration of Books of Hours in the late Middle Ages (The Book of Hours from the Library of the National Museum in Prague, XVI G 77) The aim of the study is a basic introduction to typology problems in books of hours in the late Middle Ages; the text discusses liturgical, cultural-historical contexts, iconographical and typological variations in the decoration of books of hours. Chapter 4.2. is focused on one concrete example - the Book of hours from the Library of the National Museum in Prague (XVI G 77). This manuscript is very different when compared with examples from preceding chapter 4.1. This piece of common production is much more simple - not only in terms of textual variety, but also in terms of decoration (it lacks both a compact iconographical cycle and iconographical inovations or particularities). Therefore I try to create some extended descriptions of the decoration of the Book of hours from the Library of the National Museum in Prague, and also to develop my own hypothesis about the date and location of the origin of this manuscript. My hypothesis is based on the polemic with the three existing allusions about this manuscript and also on the proper iconographical and stylistic analysis itself.
