Diplomová práce se zabývá vývojem a změnou poměrů v oblasti sociálních služeb chráněného bydlení poskytovaných lidem trpícím duševní poruchou. Hlavním záměrem diplomové práce je popsat aktuální změny a možnosti ve vzdělávání pracovníků služeb chráněného bydlení. Práce má přiblížit konkrétní důsledky transformace sociálních služeb na potřeby pracovníků ve službách chráněného bydlení a nabídnout diskuzi vycházející ze srovnání s výzkumem a praxí komunitní péče o lidi trpící duševní poruchou ve státech EU. This diploma thesis deals with the development and changes of the situation in the realm of residential social services which is provided to the people suffering from mental illnesses. The main objective of the diploma thesis is to describe current changes and possibilities in educating residential services workers. The thesis is supposed to draw near particular consequences of social services transformation it has had on the needs of residential services workers and also allow for a discussion in the area of comparison with the research and practice of group care of people suffering from mental illnesses in the EU.
