SOUHRN Název diplomové práce: Vliv fyzioterapie v léčbě stresové inkontinence moči u žen Cíl práce: V dnešní době stále více žen trpí inkontinencí moči stresového typu. Cílem této diplomové práce je zjistit, zda je možné funkční poruchu stresové inkontinence léčit fyzioterapeutickým postupem bez současného použití dalších terapeutických metod. Metoda: Cvičila jsem po dobu 3 měsíců s pacientkami s diagnostikovanou stresovou močovou inkontinencí převážně svaly pánevního dna a hluboký stabilizační systém. Pacientky byly vyšetřeny neinvazivním UZ vyšetřením lékařem a kineziologickým rozborem fyzioterapeutem. Jsem si vědoma, že existují i jiné druhy vyšetření a terapie. Výsledky: Po porovnání vstupního a závěrečného vyšetření pacientek mohu tvrdit, že fyzioterapeutický postup měl význam. Na základě klinických zkušeností a prostudované literatury doporučuji tuto formu terapie jako terapii první volby u žen se stresovou inkontinencí moči. Objective of this diploma thesis is to fmd out if it is possible to treat malfunction of stress incontinence with physiotherapeutic process only without concurrent application ofany other therapeutic methods. Methods: For three months I was doing exercises mainly pelvic floor muscles and deep stabilizing muscles with patients diagnosed with stress urinary incontinence. Patients were examined with uninvasive US investigation from physician and kinesiologic analysis from physiotherapist. I am aware ofthe fact that there are other examinations and therapies. Results: After comparing enter and final examinations of patients I can say that physiotherapeutic procedure made a difference. Based on my clinical experiences and perused literature I recommend this fonn oftherapy as first choice therapy for women with stress urinary incontinence.
