Název práce: Svalová nerovnováha v oblasti pánve u dívek 16 - 19 let Cíle a úkoly práce: Nalezení svalové dysbalance v oblasti pánve u dívek ve věku 16 - 19let. Zařazení zvolených protahovacích a posilovacích cviků do hodin tělesné výchovy na střední sportovní škole. Hlavní cíl: pomocí vybraných cviků dosáhnout kompenzace svalové dysbalance určitých svalových skupin ovlivňující postavení pánve. Metoda: Metodou pozorování a metodou testování byl zjištěn aktuální stav žákyň na sportovní SŠ na 1. a 4. ročníku. Byl proveden vstupní a výstupní test a na základě poznatků byly vybrány cviky vhodné ke kompenzaci svalové dysbalance v oblasti pánve. Výsledky: Práce prokazuje kladný přínos v zařazení protahovacích a posilovacích cviků do hodin TV na sportovní SŠ. Hlavní cíl byl prokazatelně splněn. Mohly být ale ovlivněny mnoha jinými faktory: aktuálním zdravotním stavem, předešlou zátěží organismu, nemocí, eventuelně medikací. The aim of the work: To find out the dibalances in the pelvis area among girls in the age of 16-19. To insert selected stretching and strengthening exercises to the physical education lessons at the secondary sport school. With a help ofthose exercises to reach an abolition ofthe muscle disbalance ofcertain muscle categories that influence the pelvis position. Method: I found out current condition ofgirls studying secondary sport school, 1st and 4th year. I used the method ofobserving, the inquiry method and the method oftesting. I have done entering and output tests and when I have the results I could choose the right exercises to obviate the disbalance in the pelvis area.
