RESUMÉ Problematiku d tské prostituce jako jednu z forem fenoménu komerčního sexuálního zneužívání d tí jsme v této práci reflektovali v rámci v decké disciplíny teologická etika. Postupovali jsme dle vytyčených krok v úvodu celé práce. Zvolili jsme metodiku trojkroku vid t - posoudit - jednat, když jsme sledovaný jev v první velké části A nejprve popsali z r zných hledisek a podle aktér na základ dostupných poznatk a zkušeností relevantních v deckých disciplín a jejich reprezentant . V druhé velké části B jsme pak na podklad toho provedli teologicko-etickou reflexi, abychom mohli ve t etí velké části C uvést d sledky pro konání. Vnímali jsme tedy v této multidisciplinární problematice odpovídající v decké disciplíny, vykonali jsme antropologickou integraci a p edstavili normativní výstupy. Nechali jsme se oslovit d tmi jako ob mi prostitučních praktik a naslouchali jsme jim, postavili jsme se na jejich stranu a m li jsme ve st edu zájmu jejich d stojnost a základní lidská práva. Vid li jsme také další rozhodující aktéry, totiž pachatele s jejich selháním, vinou, h íchem a p esto stále s jejich d stojností. Naslouchali jsme i smyslu relevantních biblických míst a živé tradici jako společenství solidarity spásy proti solidarit odcizení a bezohledného egoismu. Propojili jsme praxi s reflexí v jednom z... DÍTĚ JAKO ZBOŽÍ V PROSTITUCI. PERSPEKTIVY TEOLOGICKO-ETICKÉ REFLEXE Summary The submitted thesis discusses child prostitution as a form of commercial sexual exploitation of children within the framework of theological ethics. It uses the method of three stages - seeing, judging and acting. The author examines the meaning and manifestations of the highest ethical principle and the paradigm of human dignity as a legal system in this bitter, serious and socially dangerous domain. He explains the perception of a child and its sexuality in context of these socially undesirable, obscene and criminal practices. The multidisciplinary nature of the problem is considered in relation to various aspects and actors, utilizing the knowledge and experience from relevant domains and their representatives. The main actors are children as victims on one side and the offenders on the other. While outlining the relevant criminal provisions as well as the concept of vice crimes, the author reflects how terms like moral, decency and ethics are defined and used. In the second part of the thesis, the author provides the perspectives of theological-ethical reflection. He compares his own perception of moral, decency and ethics with the concept of these terms from the point of criminal law. He also discusses the relation between law...
