Zpestření a zkvalitnění tréninkových jednotek v přípravě biatlonistů. Targets of the work: Advantages of jumping in biathlonisťs training during aerobies activities and possibility ofusage of little trampolins for better stability during shoot standing. Diversification and enhancment oftraining units in biathlonisťs preparation. Metoda: Teoretické poznatky byly čerpány z odborné literatury souvisejících oborů a aplikovány do prostředí biatlonu. Method: Theoretical knowlidge was gathered from special literature of related branches of activities and applied to the biathlon backgroWld. Výsledky: Osvětlování použití trampolín v aerobním a střeleckém tréninku biatlonistů a biatlonistek, které se jeví jako možná alternativní metoda oživující tréninkový proces. Results: Demonstrating of usage of little trampolins in aerobies and shooting trainings of biathlonists which seems to be a possible alternative method brightening the training process.
