Tato diplomová práce pojednává o personálním řízení v organizaci z hlediska vedení týmu profesionálů a neprofesionálů. V teoretické části jsou shrnuty základní trendy ve vybraných oblastech personalistiky při práci s lidskými zdroji se zaměřením na zjištění rozdílů v řízení profesionálů a neprofesionálů. V praktické části je čtenářům představena případová studie občanského sdružení - Sdružení Linka bezpečí, konkrétně projektu Linka bezpečí. Autorka porovnává teoretické poznatky s realitou v této neziskové organizaci. Prostřednictvím studia dostupných dokumentů vztahujících se k řízení lidských zdrojů v organizaci a polostandardizovaných rozhovorů vedených se zaměstnanci projektu vytváří ucelený pohled na práci s profesionálními a neprofesionální pracovníky. Na základě poznatků z teorie, výsledků analýzy realizované v organizaci a reflexí jejích pracovníků nabízí v rámci všech vybraných oblastí personalistiky doporučení vedoucí ke korekci stávajících principů řízení v dané organizaci. This master's thesis is concerned with personnel management in organizations involving teams of both proffesionals and amateurs. The first part of the thesis gives a theoretical overview of the key trends in the human resources management, with a special emphasis on the differences in management approaches to proffesionals and amateurs. It is followed by a case study of the Safety Line Association comparing the theoretical knowledge with the practice of this NGO. Providing the theoretical framework, the association's organizational analysis as well as its employees feedback, this thesis offers some recommendations for modifying the existing personnel management procedures in this organization.
