[cze][eng] Ve sve bakalarske pnici se zaby-vam problematikou rovnych prilezitosti, protoze se domnivam. ze soucasna doba je jaky-msi milnikem v chapani demokraticke spolecnosti. A nejen v chapani ale take v realizaci demokratickych zasad. Temat, ktera rovne pfileZitosti Zahl'Iluji, je mnoho, proto se primame zamefuji na postaveni muzit a zen jak ve spolecnosti, tak na trhu prace Ci ve vzdelavacim sektoru. V prvni kapitole osvetluji zasadni pojmy a terminologicka vYchodiska dUlezita pro pochopeni dalsiho textu. Nasledne pnblifuji konkretni formy diskriminace a v dalSich castech se jiz zamefuji na vy-voj zamestnanosti zen, delbu roll v tradicni i soucasne rodine, karieru a rodinu a jejich vzajemnou harmonizaci napriklad pomoci frremnich skolek nebo podporou aktivniho otcovstvi. CHern me pnice je poukazat na nedostatky a stereotypy pretrvavajici v ceske spolecnosti a zaroveii nabidnout mOZnosti vedouci k rovnym prileZitostem jakoZlo zakladnimu stavebnimu clanku demokraticke spolecnosti v podobe rUznych typit zkracenych uvazkU nebo norych manazerskych trendit jako age management ci diversity management.In my bachelor thesis I deal with the issue of equal opportunities, because I take it that the current period is a kind of milestone in the understanding of a democratic society. And not only in understanding but also in the realization of democratic principles. There are many topics to include equal opportunities, therefore, I focus primarily on gender and women both in society and the labor market or in the education sector. In the first chapter I explain essential concepts and terminology bases important for further understanding of the text. Subsequently, I approximate to the theories of specific forms of discrimination and other parts I focus on the development of women's employment, the division of roles in traditional and contemporary family, career and family and their mutual harmonization of such company with nurseries or by promoting active fatherhood. The aim of this bachelor work is to highlight the shortcomings of Czech society and it is also to offer the possibility of leading to equal opportunities as a basic building article democratic society in the form of various types of condensed time jobs or new management trends such as age management and diversity management.
