Ve své práci jsem si vytyčil za úkol zmapovat psychologickou službu v rámci Integrovaného záchranného systému s cílem popsat možnosti a nedostatky tohoto systému v rámci České republiky. Využití psychosociální pomoci při mimořádných událostech je dnes velmi populární a snaží se ji poskytovat každá organizace, které se pomáhání u mimořádných událostí týká. Její historie je poměrně krátká, výrazně se prosazuje posledních dvacet let. Přesto si již stačila získat i špatnou pověst. Pojetí včetně cílů je nejasné a zneužití (po)moci časté. V současnosti je považována psychosociální pomoc za módní, avšak zároveň nebezpečnou, neboť může vést k bezdůvodným a nepatřičným zásahům. In our work we marked out a charting of psychosocial service within the Integrated rescue system with the aim to describe the possibilities and the deficiences of this system within the Czech Republic. The usage of psychosocial help during extreme events is very popular nowadays and each organization which involves helping at such events, tries to provide it. Its history is relatively short, it has been pushing itself dramatically last 20 years. Nevertheless, it has already obtained a bad reputation. The conception including aims isn't clear and the misusage of help very frequent. Nowadays psychological help is considered modern, however dangerous at the same time because it can lead to groundless and inappropriate actions.
