Abstrakt: Name of the thesis: The relationship between a coach and trainees in cross-country skiing Aim of the thesis: The aim of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate relationships between a cross-country skiing coach and his trainees in individual training groups of Trutnovian club focussing on mutual communication. Methods of the thesis: The methods of questionaire, observation and interview were used in this thesis. Results of the thesis: The evaluation of the relationship between a coach and trainees based on evaluated questionaires and author's own observation.
