Zkoumaný vzorek tvoří všeobecné sestry a porodní asistentky z pěti zdravotnických zařízení z České republiky.This Bachelor theses is intended to survey medical nurses' and midwives' interest in further education. Its theoretical part is aimed at the concept of motivation, learning and its self-regulation, memory and its strategy is focused on as well. It gives an account of both the will and attitude towards carrying out duties. Self-motivation bears important meaning in the thesis as well as the notion of learning from psychological aspect. The empiric basis of the Bachelor thesis lies in evaluating quantitative survey through questionnaires to find out nurses' and midwives' interest in further education. The surveyed sample comprises medical nurses and midwives of five health institutions in the Czech Republic.
