Empirická část je založena na zpracování dat z vyplněných dotazníků a pracovních tabulek, získaných od pacientů hospitalizovaných na I. Ortopedické klinice ve Fakultní nemocnici v Motole. Byly zjišťovány hodnoty bolesti v předoperačním období a následně i v pooperačním. V pooperačním období se hodnotila efektivita analgetické péče v souvislosti s náročnou pooperační rehabilitací.Bachelor work deals with an effect and optimalization of analgesic medication in patients after total knee replacement. The study involves theoretic and empiric parts. Theoretic part consists of two parts: first is about total knee replacements, second is about analysis, evaluation and therapy of the pain. Empiric part is based on data processed from questionnaires and tables filled in by patients of I.orthopaedic department Teaching Hospital Motol. We assessed pain before and after operation. We evaluated effectiveness of the analgesic medication in the postoperative period during postoperative rehabilitation
