Abstract: The synthesis of new OT analogues bearing the following modifications: L-ŕ-t-butylglycine [Gly(Bu')] at positions 8 and 9, D-Cys and D-Tyr(Et) at positions 6 and 2, respectively, and Mpa or Pen at position 1 have been described.
