Abstract: A pathway during transient differentiation of human colon cancer HT-29 cells is signallized by an activation of the protein kinase B and glycogen synthase kinase-3. Their phosphoacceptor sites are reproduced with synthetic peptides.
Keywords: human colon cancer; protein kinase B
