Pokouší se o popis nejdůležitějších změn v ústavě, jež se odehrály v tomto významném období československých dějin. Práce začíná popisem povahy komunistického státu a práva. Poté je přiblížen nejnovější ústavní vývoj země. V druhé části práce se zabývám vývojem ústavy v polistopadovém období. Snažím se postihnout proměny parlamentu, vlády i prezidentského úřadu. Následně hovořím o lustračních zákonech a dalších problémech spojených s vyrovnáním se země s minulostí. V závěru práce pak prezentuji poznatky, jichž jsem dosáhl.This thesis concentrates on the first phase of the Czechoslovak transition to democracy (1989-1990).
