V práci byly studovány vlastnosti tablet z dihydrátu hydrofosforečnanu vápenatého (Emcompress® ) ve směsi s Vivasolem v koncentraci 1 a 2 % a mazadly v koncentraci 0,5 a 1 %. Dále byly studovány tablety ze směsí Emcompressu a Prosolvu SMCC® 90 v poměrech 1:1 a 3:1 bez a s 0,5 či 1 % mazadel. Použitá mazadla ve všech případech byla stearan hořečnatý a stearylfumarát sodný. Tablety s Vivasolem byly lisovány silami 10, 12 a 14 kN, tablety s Proslovem 6, 8 a 10 kN. U všech tablet byla hodnocena pevnost tablet v tahu a doba rozpadu. Zatímco u tablet s Vivasolem rostla pevnost s lisovací silou nezávisle na rostoucí koncentraci Vivasolu nebo typu mazadla, doba rozpadu s lisovací silou nerostla a byla zkrácena vyšší koncentrací Vivasolu, zejména po přidání stearanu hořečnatého. Pevnost tablet ze směsi Emcompress a Prosolv 1:1 byla vyšší než u směsi 3:1 a rostla s lisovací silou. Mazadla snižovala pevnost výrazněji u směsi Emcompress-Prosolv 1:1 a to přímo úměrně rostoucí koncentraci mazadel. Nejkratší dobu rozpadu měly tablety ze směsí suchých pojiv bez mazadel, doba rostla s lisovací silou. Výrazně delší byla při rostoucí koncentraci mazadel u směsi Emcompress-Prosolv 3:1, u směsi v poměru 1:1 toto vždy neplatilo, v obou případech však byla delší při použití Pruvu. This thesis deals with the study of properties of the tablets from calcium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate (Emcompress® ) with Vivasol in concentration 1 or 2 % and lubricants, their concentration was 0,5 or 1 %. Then the properties of tablets from Emcompress with Prosolv in ratio 1:1 and 3:1 without or with 0,5 or 1 % of lubricants were studied. The lubricants were magnesium stearate and sodium stearyl fumarate (Pruv). The tablets with Vivasol were compressed with a force of 10, 12 and 14 kN, the others with a force of 6, 8 and 10 kN. The tensile strenght and the disintegration time were tested. Whereas tensile strenght of tablets with Vivasol was increased with increasing compression force, independently on concentration or type of lubricant, the disintegration time did not increase with compression force and it was shorter with increasing concentration of Vivasol, mainly when magnesium stearat was added. The tensile strenght of tablets from Emcompress-Prosolv 1:1 was higher than of tablets from Emcompress-Prosolv 3:1 and it incereased with compression force. The lubricants decreased tensile strenght much more for tablets from Emcompress-Prosolv 1:1 directly proportional with increasing concentration of lubricants.
