Diplomová práce je zaměřena na současné podmínky v Bosně a Hercegovině z hlediska implementované konsociační demokracie a jejích důsledků pro politický, volební a stranický systém. Od klasifikace konsociačního přístupu a stanovení toho nejpřesnějšího pro zemi se posouvám k popisu konkrétních politických orgánů založených na konsociačních principech a analýze volebního zákona, kde vyzdvihuji lokální specifika. Stěžejní částí je po rozebrání politických stran zejména jejich aktivita v rámci volebního boje. Porovnání volebních výsledků a především charakteristika samotného volebního dění mi poskytuje hlavní měřítka po určení, zda je konsociační demokracie schopna finálně konflikt ukončit či nikoli. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org) This master thesis is focused on current situation in Bosnia and Hercegovina, mainly on its implemented consociational democracy and its influence in politic and party system and electoral process. First the concrete approach is explained followed by description of political institutions and analysis of election law where the local specifics are emphasised. The most important part after description of parties is the analysis of their activities before and during elections. Comparison of their election results and specifics of concrete elections helps me to decide if the implemented consociational democracy was/is the right way to end the conflict in the country and to anticipate the future progress there.
