Abstract: 4 Název práce: Firemní identita a image společnosti L'Oréal. Anotace: Tato diplomová práce se zabývá současnou image společnosti L'Oréal. Cílem je definovat jednotlivé složky firemní identity, které ovlivňují její image a provést výzkum na dané téma. Tento výzkum byl proveden na základě vyplnění dotazníků a doplněn rozhovorem s CRM manažerem značky Biotherm. Výsledky této práce mohou pomoci k pochopení důležitosti identity a image pro obchodní činnost každé firmy. Dobrá image totiž může významně ovlivňovat spotřebitelské chování zákazníků. Společnost L'Oréal je v mé práci prezentována jako příklad úspěšné společnosti, která svůj úspěch postavila nejen na inovacích, vědě a neustálém výzkumu, ale také na vstřícném přístupu ke studentům a absolventům, který je v českém prostředí často opomíjen. Title: Corporate identity and image of L'Oréal. Resume: This thesis presents the current image of L'Oréal, the world's biggest cosmetics company. The aim of this study was to define particular components of the company's corporate identity, which influence its image. A questionnaire was designed that was used to collect information regarding the relevant theme accompanied by interview with CRM manager of Biotherm.
