Tato práce se zabývá možnostmi využití metod koučování v práci školního psychologa a školním prostředí. Teoretická část mapuje trendy v oblasti koučování a různé přístupy ke koučování. Praktická část se zabývá specifickou metodou koučování Inner Game, vytvořenou Timothy Gallweyem a jejím použitím ve dvou případech v praxi školního psychologa. The thesis is dealing with potential of improvement of coaching metohods in school psychologist practises and school environment. Theoretical part of the thesis is focused on coaching trends and maping diferent accesses to coaching. The practical part is dealing with specific method of coaching, the Inner Game, which was created by Timothy Gallwey and its utilization in in two cases in school psychologist practise.
