Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem sociálních problémů cizí pracovní síly v ČR. Tento fenomén zejména díky zvyšujícím se migračním pohybů převážně ekonomicky motivovaných migrantů, nabývá v současné době na významu. Práce se tedy snaží objasnit, jaké sociální problémy mají příslušníci třetích zemí na trhu práce v ČR v postavení zaměstnanců, ať přišli do ČR dobrovolně nebo vynuceně. V neposlední řadě se práce snaží zjistit, zda cizí pracovní síla usiluje o integraci do české společnosti nebo zda je pro ně migrace pouze dočasným jevem. Práce po teoretické rovině vysvětluje pojem migrace, resp. vnější migrace z pohledu EU a zabývá se důvody migrace, migračními teoriemi a dopady migrace na samotného jedince, ale i na společnost (přijímající, vysílající) jako celek. Celá teoretická část je zasazena do kontextu migrační a azylové politiky EU, neboť ČR se svým přistoupením k EU neustále snaží o harmonizační úsilí v této oblasti. Významnou částí je pojednání o podmínkách zaměstnávání příslušníků ze třetích zemí v ČR, které jsou zasazeny do legislativního a institucionálního rámce. Práce dále popisuje i úsilí české migrační politiky o aktivní řízení migrace a analyzuje právní změny, které souvisejí se zaměstnáváním cizinců od ledna 2009. Významnou součástí teorie je dále kapitola týkající se sociálních problémů cizí... Diploma work is about social problems of foreing workers in the Czech Republic. This phenomenon because of increasing migratory movements mostly economic motivated migrants it is going to be more important. This work tries to explain what social problems citizens of the third countries have. It is not deciding if they came to the Czech republic accord of thein own o rif they were forced to migration. At least the work tries to find out if the foreign labour wants to be integrated into the Czech society or if migration is just for a temporary phenomenon. The work in the theoretical part show the term migration, or more precisely external migration from the point of view of the European Nation and deals with migratory reasons, migratory theories and migratory impacts on every single person but on the whole society too. The whole theoretical part is put into the context of migration and asylum policy of the European Nation because the Czech Republic as the member of the European Nation make an effort about harmonisation in this part. The important part is about employment conditions of third countries citizens in the Czech Republic which are put in the legislative and institutional frame.
