Práce se pokouší o sumaci základních informací o možnostech pohybové výchovy, s vyzvednutím významu všestranné přípravy, v závislosti na věku cvičence. Propojuje teorii s praxí tak, aby informace byly srozumitelné a použitelné pro každého začínajícího cvičitele. Navrhované aktivity a jejich popis v druhé části práce mají pouze inspirativní funkci. The thesis tries to summarize basic information about possibilities of moving training, with emphasis of the importance of versatile preparation according to the age of gymnast. It interconnects the theory and the practice so that the information is understandable and usable for every beginning gym instructor. Suggested activities and its description in the second part of the thesis are only of an inspiration function.
