[cze][eng] V této práci se systematicky věnuji problematice vzdělávání s ohledem na podobu sociálních nerovností. Po objasnění své volby tohoto tématu v úvodu práce jsem vymezila některé stěžejní pojmy, se kterými pracuji, převážně pomocí encyklopedických definic. Samostatnou kapitolu věnuji vzdělávacím příležitostem se stručným historickým exkursem do oblasti rovných šancí na vzdělání a v další kapitole navazuji rozsáhlejším přehledem různých pojetí a teorií reprodukcí vzdělanostních nerovností ve společnostech. Své místo jsem vyhradila i vybraným mezinárodním studiím na dané téma, které v této oblasti zkoumání mají své zásadní postavení a přinášejí hodnotná zjištění. V kontextu andragogiky jsem věnovala zvláštní pozornost tématům celoživotního učení a zvláště pak rovným příležitostem v oblasti celoživotního učení. Dále předkládám pohledy na sociální nerovnosti ve vzdělávání dospělých a profesním vzdělávání, které jsem čerpala zejména z analýz vzdělávací politiky OECD. V závěrečné kapitole se věnuji situaci v České republice, která svou změnou politického uspořádání po roce 1989 otevřela otázky týkající se vzdělanostních reprodukcí a dala tak výzkumníkům možnost tento (po sociologické stránce) fenomén zkoumat. Zároveň se snažím nabídnout stručný pohled na celoživotní učení v kontextu současné české společnosti. Mezi...In this publication I systematically follow questions of education in relation of social inequalities. After explaining my choice of this subject in the introduction of this publication I defined some fundamental terms (which I work with) mainly by the help of encyclopaedic definitions. A separate chapter is dedicated to the dilemma of educational chances with a brief historical excursion to the field of equal educational chances. The next chapter follows with a more extensive overview of various conceptions and theories of the educational reproductions within societies. Some selected international thematic studies have also own place here, as they have its important position in this field of researches and they simultaneously bring valuable findings. In the context of andragogy I devoted a special attention to the topics of the lifelong learning especially to equal chances in the field of the lifelong learning. Furthermore I present some of the views of social inequalities in adult education and professional education which I extracted mainly from the education policy analysis of OECD. The final chapter is dedicated to the situation in the Czech Republic, the political changes after 1989 of which had opened certain questions relating to educational reproductions.
