Název práce: Vliv powerjógy na bio-psycho-sociální funkce člověka Cíl práce: Zjistit a zdokumentovat účinky powerjógy na bio-psycho-sociální funkce člověka. Metoda: Vyhodnocení informací získaných na základě literární rešerše a praktických zkušeností. Sběr dat u jednotlivých respondentů na základě měření somatických a funkčních parametrů. Použití dotazníků k vyjádření vlivu powerjógy na člověka v bio- psycho-sociálním kontextu. Výsledky: Osvětlují problematiku pohybu jako zprostředkujícího článku mezt biologickou a společenskou determinantou člověka. Klíčová slova: Powerjóga, posturální funkce, dýchání, pohyb, psychika.
