Název práce: Analýza a návrh doplnění metodiky výcviku ve výškách a nad volnou hloubkou u speciálního útvaru policie ČR. Cíl práce: Cílem mé práce je analyzovat současnou metodiku výcviku ve výškách a nad volnou hloubkou u speciální jednotky Policie ČR, Útvaru rychlého nasazení (ÚRN), a popsat navržené doplnění výcviku. Dále se také v práci zabývám popisem materiálního vybavení, které je nezbytné pro plnění úkolů ve výškách a nad volnou hloubkou při bezpečnostním zásahu. Závěrečným úkolem práce je vytvoření možného modelu základního lezeckého výcviku, který vychází ze speciálních činností specialistů -lezců. Metoda: Kritickou analýzou stávajícího dokumentu a metodou polostrukturovaného interview s otevřenými otázkami, získat podklady pro návrh doplnění výcviku ve výškách a nad volnou hloubkou u Útvaru rychlého nasazení. Šetření bude provedeno osobním dotazování instruktorů, kteří zajišťují a metodicky řídí výcvik policistů- lezců u zásahových jednotek Policie ČR. Dále provést teoretický průzkum v odborné literatuře a získané informace porovnat s výsledky šetření. Výsledky: Provedená analýza, dosud používané metodiky výcviku ve výškách, ukázala její neúplnost a stručnost v některých oblastech přípravy. The aim of diploma theses: The main aims ofthis diploma work is analysis of existing methodology oftraining in heights and above open depths used in the Czech Police special force (Rapid Response Unit, ÚRN) and description of proposed implementations in training. Description of necessary material equipment used for performance of the tasks in heights and above open depths in police operations is also included. The final goal of this work is proposal of possible basic training model accommodating to specific characteristic ofAssaulters - Climbers operations. Method: Basic information necessary for proposal of implementation in methodology of training in heights and above open depths for Rapid Response Unit ofthe Czech Police will be gained from critical analysis of existing documents and semi structured interview with open questions. The survey is based on persona! interview with instructors of climbing from the Czech police Special Forces.
