[cze][eng] Autor se ve své práci zabývá volebními a stranickými systémy v Polsku, na Slovensku, v Německu a Rakousku. V úvodu postuluje základní otázky a hypotézy, na něž se pokouší v práci odpovědět - jaká volební metoda (formule) se ve výsledku nejvíce blíží výsledků ve výsledku současnému volebnímu systému aplikovanému v konkrétní jednotlivé zemi? Jak by se změnil systém politických stran, kdyby byla používána jiná volební metoda ? V obecné části autor provádí teoretický výklad o volbách, volebních a stranických systémech a obecném vlivu volebních systémů na systém politických stran. Tato část se stává předpokladem pro zvláštní část práce. V kapitole IV. autor analyzuje volební systémy do zákonodárných sborů v Polsku, na Slovensku, v Německu a v Rakousku. V kapitole V. provádí deskripci stranických systémů ve výše uvedených zkoumaných zemích. Vlastní výzkum začíná v kapitole VI., kdy podrobuje výsledky voleb v jednotlivých zemích - Polsko (2005), Slovensko (2006), Německo (2005) a Rakousko (2006) prvnímu výzkumu. Autor v této kapitole zkoumá index deformace, Loosemore-Hanby index a index agregace pro dané země v posledních volbách. V následujících kapitolách provádí autor přepočet hlasů pro jednotlivé politické strany na mandáty v posledních volbách. Jedná se o aplikaci metody volebního dělitele (D'Hondtova,...The author is interested in electoral and political system in Poland, Slovakia, Germany and Austria. At the beginning he rises two basic questions which he would like to answer - Which electoral method is similar to contemporary electoral systems in chosen countries in a result? And how would be changed political-party- system, i f there were another electoral methods? In the General the author offers a detailed look at the analysis of the types of electoral systems, franchise and party systems. This General part is assumption for the Special part which is focused on an research. In the fourth Chapter the author describes electoral systems in Poland, Slovakia, Germany and Austria and in the fifth Chapter he describes party system in those chosen countries. The own research starts in the sixth chapter. The author analyses the results of the last election in Poland (2005), Slovakia (2006), Germany (2005) and Austria (2006) by index of deformation, index Loosemore - Hanby, and index of aggregation. In the next Chapters author analyses parliamentary electoral results in four countries, then he follows new electoral methods (D'Hondt, Imperiáli, Saint Laguě, Hare, Hagenbach-Bischoff) on those results in Poland (2005), Slovakia (2006), Germany (2005) and Austria (2006).
