Cílem práce je na základě analýzy dostupných dat a východisek souvisejících se stárnutím ekonomicky aktivní populace, jakož i zkušeností z vybraných zemí Evropské unie, navrhnout iniciativy a opatření propagující podporu zdraví u stárnoucích zaměstnanců jak na úrovni mikrostrukturální (podnikové, komunitní), tak na úrovni makrostrukturální (národní) v České republice. Výsledky by měly sloužit jako východisko pro přípravu programů podpory zdraví stárnoucí populace na pracovišti a modelů pro správný postup a dále pro navržení strategie a politiky, která by umožňovala standardně tyto doporučené postupy uplatňovat v praxi. The aim of the work is based on analysis of available data and assumptions related to the aging of the economically active population, as well as the experiences of selected countries of the European Union to propose initiatives and measures to promote health promotion for aging workers at both the microstructural (business, community) and macro-level (national) in the Czech Republic. The results should serve as the basis for the preparation of an aging population health promotion in the workplace and models for good practice and for designing strategies and policies that would normally allow these best practices to apply in practice.
