Práce se zabývá vlivem nadnárodních společností na trh práce v rozvojových zemích. V rámci jednotlivých kapitol je prodiskutováno, jakou roli hrají multinacionální korporace na pracovním trhu v rozvojových zemích, a zda má přítomnost multinacionálních korporací na těchto trzích pozitivní či negativní vliv. Zaměřuji se zejména na otázky přílivu FDI do rozvojových zemí, mezd a jejich srovnání s domácími firmami na trhu práce a na legislativní rámec pracovních podmínek v rozvojových zemí.
