Práce se zabývala studiem vlastností tablet ze směsí suchých pojiv složených ze 75% α- laktosy monohydrátu (Tablettosa® 100) a z 25% čisté mikrokrystalické celulosy (Vivapur® 102) nebo mikrokrystalické celulosy s 2% koloidního oxidu křemičitého (Prosolv SMCC™ ). Studovala se pevnost a doba rozpadu tablet v závislosti na lisovací síle, přídavku dvou koncentrací mazadla stearanu hořečnatého a 50% přídavku modelové účinné látky kyseliny askorbové. Použité lisovací síly byly 23, 25, 27kN, v případě tabletovin s léčivem jen 25 kN. Výlisky ze směsi Tablettosy 100 a Prosolvu SMCC 90 byly pevnější a vliv přídavku stearanu nebyl tak výrazný jako u směsí s čistou mikrokrystalickou celulosou. S rostoucí koncentrací stearanu se u obou směsí prodlužovala doba rozpadu tablet, více v případě čisté mikrokrystalické celulosy. Přídavek kyseliny askorbové způsobil další pokles pevnosti tablet a odstranil rozdíl v hodnotách pevnosti tabletovin s čistou a silicifikovanou mikrokrystalickou celulosou. Kyselina askorbová zkrátila také dobu rozpadu, která byla kratší v případě směsi s Prosolvem SMCC 90. The paper deals with the study of the properties of tablets from the mixtures of the dry binders composed from 75% α- lactose monohydrate (Tablettose® 100) and 25 % microcrystalline celulose or microcrystalline celulose with 2% of colloidal silicon dioxide (Prosolv SMCC® ). The properties under study included the tensile strength and disintegration time in dependence on compression force, addition of two concentration of the lubricant magnesium stearate and a 50% addition of the active ingredient ascorbic acid. The compression forces were 23, 25, 27 kN, in the case of the tableting material with the active ingredient only 25 kN. The compacts from the mixture of Tablettose 100 and Prosolv SMCC 90 were of higher strength and the effect of lubricants wasn't so expressive like at mixtures with microcrystalline celulose only. Disintegratiion time was prolonged with the increasing of the concentration of magnesium stearate, more in the case of microcrystalline celulose in the mixture only. In the presence of ascorbic acid, the strength of tablets was decreased, the difference in the values of strength of tablets with silicified microcrystalline celulose and microcrystalline celulose wasn't. Ascorbic acid shorted the disintegration time too and more in the case of the mixture with Prosolv SMCC 90.
