Cílem mé baklářské práce je seznámit s tímto jevem a se způsoby práce s relapsem v občanském sdružení Sananim, kde jsem absolvovala měsíční stáž. Dále chci nastínit úskalí i možná "pozitiva", která samotný relaps obnáší. Vycházela jsem z odborné literatury, časopisů, rozhovorů s některými terapeuty v o.s. Sananim a také s vlastní zkušenosti s tímto zařízením. Po přiblížení základních pojmů drogové problematiky, nezbytných pro pochopení kontextu, a představení o.s. Sananim, se dále věnuji procesu následné péče, kde objasňuji souvislosti mezi relapsem jako teorií a prací s ním v samotné praxi. Stěžejní část bakalářské práce seznamuje s pojmem relaps a s aspekty, které mohou k jeho výskytu přispět, dále s prevencí tohoto jevu a v neposlední řadě s psychickým dopadem relapsu, kde chci ukázat, že nemusí mít pouze negativní formu. Bakalářská práce se rovněž zabývá rodinou klienta, způsoby, jakými se s touto rodinou v Sananimu pracuje a důvody této spolupráce. Závěr práce tvoří vlastní šetření, jehož cílem je zmapovat u klientů doléčovacího centra některé faktory týkající se relapsu. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org) This thesis presents the problem of relapse of drug addictions. The relapse is presented as a possible constituent of the treatment of a drug addiction. It is the moment when client uses a drug once or repeatendly during a short time after the particular time of total abstinence. The thesis examines a process of aftercare which engages in relapse prevention. The most important topic is also a cooperation with client's family because of relapse prevention and as a kind of therapy for them in case of relapse their addicted relative. My thesis presents the relapse as a something natural. It doesn't have to be definitive and a client can make a instruction of it and continue in his abstinence successfully.
