Tato práce pojednává o využití normy ČSN EN ISO 14001:2005 a jejího zavedení do společnosti. V teoretické části je uvedena problematika EMS a jeho prvky. V praktické části je analyzován proces zavádění a fungování normy ČSN EN ISO 14001:2005 ve stavební společnosti XYZ. Pozornost je věnována především přínosům a nákladům, spojených se zavedením tohoto systému. Na závěr jsou navrhnuta doporučení k fungování systému EMS. The thesis deals about usage standard of CSN EN ISO 14001:2005 and it implementation to the company. In the theoretical part is analyzed process of the implementation and behaviour standard CSN EN ISO 14001:2005 in the building company XYZ. The attention is mainly drawn to benefits and costs connected with the implementation. Reccomendations for system functioning EMS are presented as a conclusion.
