Cílem této bakalářské práce je představit realistický podnikatelský záměr v oblasti poskytování bankovních služeb a nezávislého finančního poradenství. Práce ukazuje možnost spojení nadnárodní korporace UniCredit Group renomované české firmy Partners Financial Services a současně flexibilitu a motivaci malé začínající firmy. Toto je možné díky specifické formě podnikání franšízingu který práce popisuje jak v obecné rovině tak v konkrétním využití pro daný podnikatelský záměr lokální franšízové pobočky PM Nymburk s.r.o. Podnikatelský záměr sám osobě pak představuje konkrétní nastavení nové společnosti plánované postupy shrnuje podnikatelská rizika a potvrzuje dobré předpoklady ekonomického úspěchu. The aim of the thesis is to present a realistic business plan for providing banking service and independent financial advisory. The thesis shows the collaboration possibility of multinational corporation UniCredit Group, renowned Czech company Partners Financial Services and the flexibility and motivation of a small local start-up. This is possible thanks, franchising, a specific form of entrepreneurship, which the thesis describes in general and also in a specific situation of the given business plan, of the local franchise branch store PM Nymburk s.r.o. Business plan itself shows specifically the setup of the company, procedures, summarizes the risks and confirms good projection of the economical success.
