Tato práce se zabývá zkoumáním přínosnosti programu nadace Vodafone Rok ji- nak. Respektive zkoumá změny, které program vyvolal na straně účastníků a neziskových organizací a jejich dlouhodobý přínos. Věnuje se vývoji organizací dle větve managementu a větve sociologické a rozmanitosti organizací. Dále práci ma- nažera a vlivu této práce na jeho psychický stav. V praktické části je analyzován ročník 2014 za pomoci obsahových analýz, sémantické analýzy a rozhovorů. Na základě výzkumu jsou pak stanovena možná využití principů Roku jinak pro rozvoj občanských organizací a zájemců. This thesis examines contribution of the Vodafone foundation program Year diffe- rently. More precisely it examines changes caused by the program from the point of view of participants and non-profit organizations and the programs long time bene- fit. The thesis focuses on organizations development by management branch, sociological branch and on diversity of organizations. It also focuses on the work of the manager and the impact of this work on his/hers mental condition. Practical part of the thesis analyzes year 2014 by using content analysis, semantic analysis and interviews. Possible use of determinated principles of Year differently for deve- lopment of civil society organizations and candidates is based on the research.
