Cílem této bakalářské práce je zjistit, zda dochází k ekonomické konvergenci vybraných zemí po jejich vstupu do Evropské unie. Práce bude zkoumat nominální a reálnou konvergenci. Pomocí analýzy a komparace statistických dat bude práce poměřovat jednotlivé makro-ukazatele nominální a reálné ekonomické konvergence a zkoumat, zda ke konvergenci skutečně dochází. Konvergence bude sledována v časové řadě na vybraných zemích. The goal of this bachelor thesis is to find out if economic convergence happens in reality between chosen countries after their admission to the European Union. This thesis examines nominal and real convergence. Through analysis and comparison of statistical data this thesis compares individual macro-indicators of nominal and real economic convergence and examines if convergence happens. Convergence is observed in time line on chosen countries.
